To be eligible for store credit, the merchandise must be inΒ New ConditionΒ - unworn, unwashed, odor-free, without makeup or deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective shipping box or polymailer. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
